My Background

In these 19 years of career,I have helped a lot of organizations in LATAM, Europe & North America to beat its strategic's goals.

I started my career working with sales of tech equipment and services. After a couple of years, I was hired to open the Inside Sales department in a very important company in the south of Brazil. As a result, I sold more than a million dollars in one year and a half,expanding the company's network in the whole country.

Everything I learned took me to the biggest computer factory in the world, Dell Computers.At Dell, I could develop my commercial skills, using its Sales Control Model (CM) to understand the steps necessary to become a tech sales consulting. It was also my first approach with Digital Marketing, learning about retargeting strategies for example.

After facing the first world crisis of my life, a new door was open and I got the position as a commercial analyst at Rede Âncora Brasilthe biggest auto-parts chain store in Brazil. I was working directly with the board directors working on the company expansion in the country. I am so glad, I was recognized and got promoted to Sales Coordinator and Brand Marketing Coordinator, responsible for the marketing team, pricing, and negotiation.

After that, I got a new job opportunity at FW Distribuidora (Hurricane Auto Parts Distributor) as an Administrative Supervisor working with people management and being responsible for the administrative and logistic process in one of the most important auto-parts distributor in the country.

I felt that I needed to deepen my experience in people management and I had one of the most beautiful experiences of my life, working alongside exceptional people at Midea Carrier (Springer Carrier) at Canoas industrial plant. Working directly in the Human Resources area, I went through the Training and Development (T&D), Performance Management, and Payroll processes with a focus on Sales Compensation. At that moment, I had my work recognized through a trip to Buenos Aires branch to lead the implementation of the Performance Management System, which would be used for job feedback meetings and that in the future, it would also be used to define the remuneration of employees.

Approved in a selection for Commercial Manager at Água Santa Catarina industry, I moved to Florianópolis / SC, seeking for more quality of life. Água Santa Catarina is one of the oldest sources of mineral water in Brazil and has already been voted the second source of water in the country for its purity and properties. I conducted the management of sales representatives, negotiations with supermarket chains, and wholesalers throughout the state of Santa Catarina in addition to the export type to Europe.

At this point, I started to give Business Management classes at SENAI/SC to students from different sectors of the economy of Santa Catarina, obtaining a high level of assistance to classes and student performance, I received a proposal to return to the Human Resources area where I managed the HR of Santa Catarina (a Payroll of more than 1200 employees) at MOBRA, an important armed surveillance company in southern Brazil.

My performance in Brazil ends managing two sales branches in the largest travel retail chain in Brazil, Laselva Bookstore, where I worked until 2015.

Buenos Aires - Argentina

In Buenos Aires, I had a brief visit to HTL Hotels where I worked to normalize financial processes for the Buzios / RJ unit where I was based for a month. During this change, I also decided to change the direction of my career.

I needed to work on something that I fall in love with and where I could use all experience in my professional career and my training, in business administration. I needed to return to work more connected with technology, to be able to enchant people with the commercial strategy, to lead teams and projects, and, above all, to be able to do this anywhere in the world. I needed a universal language that would allow me to continue growing without interruptions imposed by a new language, country, or culture.

After a selection for Google, I started learning Digital Marketing. Since then, I've been working on projects and branches in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, Mexico, and also in Europe (Spain, Ireland, and the United Kingdom) in addition to North America (the United States and Canada) among other countries.Numbers have no language or barriers and show us trends and help us make decisions based on the analysis of digital data from different markets and corporations and offer the right audience, at the right time, the service or product they need.

Since then, with more than 20 different certifications in the area (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook Blueprint, Twitter, Bing, SEMRush, Nubimetrics, Power BI, Data Studio, Google Analytics) among others and with e-commerces implementation and web pages in WordPress, I work with digital consultancy at the same time that I can help my clients to apply more agile processes through Scrum techniques, I can design and chart a path for the digital success of companies in different sectors regardless of the country where they are operating.
